Usually done 7-21 days after birth. Capture those first features, they grow so quickly you want to remember exactly how they looked during this short time in their lives.
6 Month Milestone
6-7 months old when baby can sit unassisted for a period of time on thier own is best. This milestone session is to feature them sitting and being able to interact, showing their personalities more.
1 Year Milestone
11-12 months old around babys birthday. These portraits are done to commemorate the very first birthday and caps off a year of growing and the start of a new amazing milestone, walking. A lot of times parents come at 11 months so they have portraits to show for their babys birthday and others wait until they are 12 months to take pictures. This decision is completely up to you and what your needs are.
Art to hang in your home
We will create gorgeous art to put on your walls or keep on your coffee table (when they get older). From a gorgeous heirloom album, matted prints, and custom wood fine art prints there is something for everyone and every budget. All my art comes with matching digital images. I do also offer digital only packages, but my clients love to get the best of both worlds and get their art.
Memories to Last a Lifetime
Your family deserves the opportunity to have beautiful images of your newest family member. My goal is to get you images to hang and display in your home. One day these will be passed down to this beautiful baby when they are older. My own children love looking at pictures of them as babies and they point to them daily. Children love having their pictures displayed down a hallway or in the living room. You want to enjoy this experience for years to come whether it is in a wood print, canvas, framed matted print, or a gogeous album.
They grow so fast
Make sure to capture their milestones. Sitter sessions and 1 year sessions are a great way to document their fast growth during their first year. I do offer a baby plan that is another way to make sure you are updated on pictures for your family. As much as you love to see your baby grow I absolutely love to see "my" babies grow throughout the year. I love seeing how their personalities come out and watching them learn new skills.
